wat if you only have white and black heads and no scars can it still be guaranteed for satisfaction?

if this method is effective then why most hollywood celebrities who suffer from acne can't even rid the acne scars on their face... they only cover their pores and scars with makeups and concealers... why can't those rich celebrities make their skin smooth knowing they have all the money to do it... seriously why?...

wow 3500 thats fuckin ridiculous for a 10 minute procedure but in the other hand the machines they use are extremely expensive
