i disagree. i think carl will be hard to convince as i think he actually wants a proper musical career instead of being known as 'carl out the libertines'
i happen to know that john regards the libs years as the best ones of his life. it will be interesting if they get back together, but there is a tiny part of me that doesn't want them to.

the libertines are so passionate about music, giving away most of their music for free. most people are in it fothe fame and money.

i agree with the first bit, but imagine how devastated you would be if they got back together and it was awful.
i'm perfectly content with them staying split, maybe getting together to do a tour of britain.
