That "bitch" is his wife and she's totally involved with him in this. I thought she was annoying as well, but then I recognized her voice.

You don't need to be Michael Bay to know to keep the camera pointed at the person who the video is about. I'm not meaning to be a hater here, but it's seriously not hard.
Someone needed to give the woman a box of tissues, as well.
