I don't really understand how this caused a fatality. Did impact with the steering wheel because of no seat belt cause commotio cordis? Was it a head injury?

I'm unsure as to the exact cause of death, but I believe the woman had a medical problem, which in turn caused the accident itself.

To the people bitching at the begining you see the ambulance pass him on the road, so that means when he got on scene fire and ems where there. So you want him to go up and push them out of the way???? How dumb are you?? You can't see the patient so whats the big deal, unfortunately people die all the time. So leave him alone, and yes I am a fire fighter.

I could be wrong, but in the video there was no CPR. It looked as if there was an AED attached to the patient, but CPR was not performed. For CPR to be performed properly, the patient would have had to been brought out on flat, hard surface (such as the concrete).

And to the medical reason, my best guess would be she passed out, perhaps starting losing consciousness, turned into the parking lot to pull over so nothing would happen, but did not make it in time, and just rolled into another car.
