Amazing as it may seem to you, no I'd not heard of them. Odd, I know since this was a hit several years before I was born. Really weird that someone wouldn't know of EVERY group from the 50's and 60s. Presumptuous and pompous troll.

You never heard of them ? Been buried undeground for 50 years ? If you have any interest at all in the Beatles - which clearly you have - then you'd know of the many covers they did of doo wop girl group numbers - and would therefore come across The Chiffons. just enjoy - This is good stuff. It's not either or - you can list to everything

Get a grip - The Chiffons were huge but are remembered primarily for 3 massive hits - He's So Fine, One Fine Day, and Sweet Talking Guy. The Beatles covered quite a few similar songs (but not by The Chiffons) and were clearly well aware of this genre of music, and George Harrison was undoubtedly aware of this song. It is so very similar - can't see why they wouldn't sue - shame though as both songs are great
