This is Spanish dub, so you hear no man's voice and the dub actor certainly alters the impression.
This is the show where they glued his hair with an industrial polymer LOL Nevertheless one must admit it's the best fitting suit he ever wore on screen ;)

Now, I don't speak Spanish, only French, but as far as I gathered (helping myself by English synopsis), the principal heroine (Dr.Hansen) applied for a position of plastic surgeon with the Medical Committee and has been refused, the responsible person for this was absent chief's deputy Dr.Marcus and he wasn't inclined to reconsider despite her insistence.

When her blind date gets struck by lightning, she asks to operate restorative surgery on his burnt arm but Dr.Marcus suggests she could have exposed him on purpose to push her career. An old "magician" lady overhearing heroine's call to heaven about this insidious man in the park however casts some kind of higher force protection spell upon her and Dr.Marcus reconsiders, although it seems the old lady had to do something with it for real as his mentally weak patient, and it pertained to importance of compassion in medical professions which was brought up in the last discussion between Dr.Hansen & Dr.Marcus.

The heroine has fantasized about him before in her dreams (she gets bizarre dreams invaded by her late mother all the time) and in the end of episode their real talk seems to play the other way around her fantasy with invitation to something to make up for past hostility.

Any Spanish speaking people (or those who by any chance saw and remember the show in English) are welcome to correct what is really spoken. I posted a follow-up video with explanation why Dr.Mrcus changed opinion in hope that someone will clear this up for the rest of us. Unfortunately I was unable to find this show in any other form.
