if no luck/response here, shouldn't be hard to find in a library if you have access to one. if not at local library, ILL (inter-library loan, if anyone not familiar w/acronym) is a big help. i think they charge $2.50 - $5.00 now, don't recall at the moment..) Many libraries will carry entire catalogs of instrumental (ha.. more than one sense of the word.. so I'm a nerd..) musicians-classical, folk, country, rock, etc. -> pioneers-songwriters & composers..)
