your belly is very cute

Gluten is a huge culprit I found, that and dehydration. As soon as I cut out gluten - breads and started drinking way more water heartburn stopped the following day. I know it's hard to cut out gluten, but so worth it as heartburn is awful

Ugh! Mine's awful too. I got a prescription for Zantac from my midwife, and I also take Tums (or Rolaids) to deal with the really harsh stuff. I stay away from water during meals, and acidic foods like tomatoes. A girlfriend told me taking a little bit of soda with meals seemed to help her heartburn... Good luck!

Thanks for sharing your story with the world. I'm a HypnoBirthing practitioner and I enjoyed hearing from someone who is having their birth with HB techniques. Blessings on your birth!
