heartland i loved her first

heartland came to the unc childrens hospital to raise money for kids with cancer. they did the song i loved her first and 3 more. they are a great bunch of guys with a big heart. it was a bad wether day that day and we had a f3 tornado in the state that came though and some children was taken to the hospital during the fund raising.

I was watching a couple of 8 year old girls when this music video came on. One girl told the other she was going to dance to this song with her dad when she gets married some day. Just goes to show that the song touches so many peoples hearts.

I went to a wedding before New Year's after the wedding, we saw the bride's dad and he said, "what can I do, she wanted to get married" and the bride dance that song with her dad. I was like "AHHHH"

I totally enjoyed this song. I lost my dad in 2005 (old age) and I miss him terribly but the love he showed me still surrounds me every day and keeps me positive about going on.
