California's State Budget - Weekly Address - 10/08/2010

Over the last few months, I've talked to you a lot about our budget crisis. This week, I'm pleased to report to you that the legislature, over 100 days past the deadline, finally approved a budget to close our $19 billion dollar deficit. And I am very pleased that it does not raise taxes because I made it very clear that I would not sign a budget with tax increases. And it protects our priorities like higher education, public safety, foster care and the list goes on and on.

19 billion in the hole.... Sad... any true patriots left in cali should leave while you still have a chance. sooner or later the people will realize that no matter how they cook the books or manipulate the data you will still be stuck with out of control pensions and runaway taxes. As the dollar devalues you will feel it in your pocket book just if they had raised taxes. It's going to be a dangerous place to live. Hollywood won't have to make movies about this... you'll be living it...

budget or not, We are at Defcon 1, due to the fact that our own defence here in the USA has murdered my grandmother for all the information i have given about the real terrorist that are living within our own borders. I AM VERY VERY dissapointed that you all couldnt protect me or my family in this war on domestic terrorist, and as a result of your uselessness that has been proven to me time and time again and again, i am not offering any of my assistance in making it to my new world.
