  • every steely dan tune is very hard to copy but these guys are one of the best I've seen.... hats off!!!!

  • saw these last night. all i can say is WOW!. get to see them. somehow. these guys are fantastic.

  • Chords are close but NO. Try again.

  • Nice job, folks. I especially like the way you incorporated SD's "live" version of the song at the end.

  • great job done, but a little slow ,thats my opinion, not critism,

  • Always good to see someone steppingup to the SD mark,so I checked out Steemy - I know its early days for them, but they need some hard work to get near these guys.

  • check out 'steemy dan'

  • I love the way people post detailed, critical comments about sound quality etc, when the sound quality on Youtube is well known as being diabolical!! Get real guys, this band genuinely do the business, don't gripe until you've seen and heard them live. OK?

  • Still remember the great night out travelling to see Nearly Dan, I now live in Cyprus but never forget the good days in the midlands, hope all is well with the band please pass on my regards to Rob..he still owes me a beer..thanks again for the memories, and I am still the biggest SD fan next to ND... ;o) good luck all

    Jim now Cyprus

  • Nice. Groovy and tight. The sound was to bad for to hear any details like if there were snare-ghost notes. That is a small issue but gives an extra tuch. One thing that will lift this one level is the lead singers guitars. play a little less. you have a piano in, you dont need to fill out all the chords. play like only 2 or 3 notes. Chose colourful notes like 3ds, 9s and 7s;) Really good job. best cover I've heard on youtube.
