The article says that professionals agree -- a 70-98% chance of a large earthquake in Tokyo proper could occur within 4 years or less (70% chance).. and for sure within 30 years (98% chance).

We have been watching the uptick occur, just as Japan had a series of 4.0M and 5.0M building up to the 7.2M on March 9.. then the 9.0M on March 11 ...... so they are correct in stating the "richter law" regarding earthquake swarms.
