It is true, you did PLEAD guilty to the charge!...the resisting arrest was indicted..no civil suit there. Your DL is now suspended and this wasnt your first drug related run-in with the law was it Mr. Ford? Im not "wicked" or a "demon" I dont have a criminal record like u do. guess theres no need for donations since you already pled guilty! But ok mr. good samaritan, first of all even if I believed that you pled to a $50 fine....which i will confirm and post here later, I ASSURE you of that, then you're civil suit is out the door because youve already plead guilty to the crime and the standard of proof in a civil case is LESS than that of a criminal case so that must have been one insane judge or you are outright lying which would be consistent with your character.

Let me qualify my first response by saying, whether or not guns were drawn on you or not, unless an officer is asking you to do something outside of the law, you must comply. The fact they had guns or tasers on you is even MORE of a reason to comply. I haven't even covered the carelessness of putting other peoples lives in danger by running away and racing through the streets. Were these officers in plain clothes and no marked cruiser? Did they not have badges? did you think it was a big hoax?

You're asking for donations for your legal problems? No offense but you caused your own legal issues. If you were instructed to get out of your vehicle especially with guns or tasers drawn as you illustrated with your hands as you explained this, you don't decide to be non-compliant by picking up the phone to call your lawyer as you intentionally ignore their instructions regardless of who they thought you were calling. And did I hear the end of that video right? You didn't think they were cops?

already went to trial. the judge encouraged me to persue a CIVIL LAWSUIT against richland county and gave me the bare minumum 50 dollar fine for evading blue lights. devils like you dont deserve a badge. you deserve the punishment that GOD will be handing you shortly....

Lastly, check out 18 U.S.C.S. § 3681. Its a Federal Crime to attempt to profit from a crime which is exactly what you are doing attempting to raise money for a lawyer. SC has repealed their son of sam statute. This would be a real good time to send this video over to the US Attorney Generals Office to see if they have any interest in it. Good luck bud. Advice? next time just get out of the car and you would have saved yourself a whole lot of trouble.

Actually i would represent you. It would be an easy plea. Drop the DUS and indict the Failure to Stop then send you to jail for 5 years. Easy money.
