great vid! a lot of educators are lazy and completely out of touch with the reality of violence in schools, thinking their "zero-tolerance" policies are going to magically fix things.

And heres a very good tip. If your bully is facing towards a locker... smash their head with all your might against the FRAME of the locker... It doesnt matter what size they are, theres a very good chance that they'll go down and NOT COME UP. Otherwise, know how to knock their lights out with just one punch... because the first punch is always the hardest when your pissed. Have a nice day at school kids :)

yep. ive been there... and ignoring it IS NOT a constructive way to deal with it. Kids, know how to defend yourself... know how to fight back offensively as well. And by all means, please know how to knock your bully(s) into next week... because making an example of people who bully you will make everyone around you realize that you are not one to be trifled with. It worked for me... and ive delt with rocks at my head, being pushed around, and worse.
