Taking out a corkscrew nose ring and putting it back in

DISCLAIMER: This is just my way of doing it, it may work for you, it may not. If you still can't get it in or out, don't force it!! See a professional!


Just a demonstration of how I take out my ring and how I put it back in. When I got my nose pierced, the piercer told me that I had thick nose cartilage which made it more difficult than usual to put the needle through... which means a longer hole for the ring to travel through. When putting the ring back in, make sure it is out the other end before you start twisting!

@kaemariealextin It depends on how long you have had it, but even then, I wouldn't risk it. You could just get a nosescrew retainer.

girl i want to say thank u sooooooooo much!!! i tried to put mine back in on and off for a day and a half.. and was ticked off so i gave up and was just going to go get a straight nose ring.. well... i watched your video and took it out of the box it was in and right after i seen how you did it i was able to get it in with no problem!! thankkkkkkkkkkkkkk you :)

I Think Its Closed Up On The Inside And Its My First Time With A Corkscrew But I Can Put A Needle In It Easily, Where The Hole Is From Where It Was First Pierced, But The Corkscrew Wont Go Through The Hole, I Think There May Be A Pimple Coming Inside My Nose! I've Had My Nose Pierced For A Few Months, And It Was Only A Straight One Because They Used A Piercing Gun, Not A Needle, But It Got Caught On My School Bag When I Put It Over My Shoulder And Fell Out, But I Couldnt Find It Anywhere On The Ground So I Had To Go To The Chemist Because That Was The Only Shop Which Had Them Because The Other Was Shut (Its A Small Town) But Now I Have A Corkscrew Piercing And I Cant Get It In :L I've Been Trying For Hours And I Think Its Close Up Inside My Nose >.<

i can't get this in for the life of me. i can get it in put it wont push through all the way so put an earring through and its good but now its barely bleeding but there is blood but i still can't get it back in

@berni83 I completely agree with this! I have had my nose pierced for 3 years now, and every time it falls out I would give up after trying for hours to get it in, and go see a professional. I watched your video, and it went in the first time I tried! THANK YOU SO MUCH :D

like how u make sure its through before twisting, and putting a finger in. i spent 40 mins trying to get my corkscrew back in and when i put my finger in my nose it went in SO EASILY. mine is 5 days old and fell out cuz i was messing with it

Which way is the end of your corckscrew facing? I am having trouble just pulling the nose ring down to lay on my nose, I have been working at this all day and it just won't come out. Any suggestions?
