@lameKidification The lighting did not help very much. There were blues lights shining on him from straight overhead, and it created dark spots under his eyes. Phil was great. The only way I could get rid of the shadows was defusing his face but it made the video look like some "dream sequence" or something. Phil had a great night with lots of interesting stuff though so thanks for watching. More to come. Also thanks for the comment, we like that.

That's not really possible... a pickup is an amplified magnet(basically) that turns sound into electricity. The actual magnet can't be turned off, the electricity going into the magnet can(which is what happens when you change pickups), but trying to turn off a pickup's magnet is like trying to turn off a fridge magnet whenever you want. It's not really practical. Of course, I'm just speaking from my general knowledge of magnets. I could be very wrong.
