From December (?) of 1991, an Inside Edition story on the unfolding steroid abuse scandal in the WWF, specifically as it pertained to Hulk Hogan. Billy Graham and David Shults provide most of the incriminating testimony.
This was filmed just prior to the sex abuse scandal that unfolded in early 1992 and led to Vince McMahon appearing on Larry King and Donahue to defend himself.
@DigitalAbsolem The 90s, where an annoying time.

Hulk Hogan wasn't the only well known Pro Wrestler whom used steroids.
So did Tom "Dynamite Kid" Billington, Davey Boy Smith, Superstar Billy Graham, James "Ultimate Warrior" Hellwig, Honky Tonk Man, Scott Hall, Michael "Shawn Michaels" Hickenbottom, Bret "Hitman" Hart (though he doesn't appear to use roids), Chris Benoit, Curt "Mr. Perfect" Hennig, just to name a few.

It's funny as fuck to here people talk about Steroids as a "scandal." As if, 1.) nobody does it and 2.) like it is on par with coke or crack. EVERY MAJOR athlete in any sport that requires strength (football, boxing, wrestling, weightlifting, baseball, etc.) has taken steroids before. It is PREVALENT. I've taken steroids before when I used to be a workout nut. All the guys who were training to be a SEAL took them when I was in the Navy. EVERYBODY takes them or rather it is very popular.
