Fresno Police Beat Homeless Man

Two Fresno Police Officers caught on tape beating a homeless man. Of course, Police Chief Jerry Dyer always has an excuse for his officers behavior. He just recently had to disband his narcotics unit because four of the six detectives in that unit were involved in an auto theft ring. One fo those four officers owned the chop shop. Now hundreds of past narcotics case convictions may end up being thrown out. After this beating, I think Jerry Dyer needs to go...and soon.
