The fourth video of my nano reef tank, showing the new corals that have been added and the new layout I have placed in my tank. I have also added shots of my feeding tank that contains a mix culture of Copepods and Rotifers that server as live food for both fish and corals. If you have any questions then please contact me.

  • Do live coral spawn like they do on the Great Barrier Reef, you know how once a year all the coral along the whole reef simutainuously spawn at the same time, does this happen in tanks?

  • @73mandala

The Coral does spawn as on the coral reef but it is very hard to get the conditions right within the tank to allow them to do this. It is temperature changes that initiate the spawning and so these must be simulated

  • that nemo ownz

  • thank you for all your comments. Any questions let me know

  • what are thoses things flying aroundd?

  • they are the rotifers and copipods. The rotifers are feed for the copipods and for the inverterbrates in the tank. The copepods are the feed for the fish.

No, it would be like calling a train a 'Thomas'.
