Yes it is actually a 3.8 but heres the difference between the 3.8 I bet your thinking about. Its what they call a 3.8 series III motor not the good old series 1 that would be very common in these cars of the older day.

its a moped...mopeds have only one cylinder and its 50 cubic Centimeters, my F150 has a 4.9 straight 6 that only gets 6 MPG lol thats why i bought a moped,my moped still gets up to 50 MPH which aint bad neither.
