their lack of mobility in their armour is not something a real night would have bad to contend with (or at least not to the same extent) as their problem lies in the fact that unlike real knights, their armour was not custom made for their bodies and hence is a poor fit

hehehe This documentary is very amusing and funny, but terrible for real knowledge.
I'll say why. The mailles are not real. An armour should be made custom for the knight or at least modified for the user. Those armours were far from what they would be using. No one would use an armour that wouldn't allow them to move properly or wasn't fitting well or were pintching and catching.
And we can see the armours here are poorly made 5:56
These mistakes made clear, it was fun.

quite honestly. some could say that medical services in those ages were better (in retrospect) than the level of tech we have now.
