My starting weight is 136.6, I am 5'5- yes it's a very normal weight, and I have a lot of muscle- This is a personal goal for me and I'd really like to accomplish it.

  • @JillHanner i think the heat really gets them expanding.

    i like raw cuz you get all the nutrients but it does end up being more calories

  • Those steel-cut oats are really good raw too. You just soak them overnight and they're good..if you don't mind them not expanding much
