  • mexico holds the record now Baluarte Bridge 404 meters

  • @geonerd Only the lower part of the pylons were build on place. The deck and the upper part of the pylons were build on the mountain next to the bridge and then pushed (from right to left in the photo) onto the lower pylons. So what you see here is the deck not yet fully in place.

  • WTF is going on at 1:04 ???

  • Publicity Stunt bro.

  • I would love to see a bridge like that curved, so I can take a look at the superelevation equations for it.

  • the old road looks fun crazy brigde

  • Too bad you didn't have any video. Then you could post it to a video site such as YouTube.

  • The funny thing is this engineering feat cost about half of 1 B-2 stealth bomber.

  • the whole time i was on that bride, IF i ever went on it i would be like " I don't wanna do this, I don't wanna do this!" Probably need a change of pants 3 or 4 times before the end.

  • @HeadSHOT604

Not that bridges are any measure of a country's value, but we do have the Royal Gorge Bridge, and the new Hoover Dam bypass bridge.

Feel free to google them, and learn.
