This is Social Comunication experiment. For sure. Is fun to comunicate in anyway you can, and when people are in their cars you don't have acess to then and even without anybody aroung, you can see people react to the messages comunicating with "the world", not to a person, and this is nice, people who are not emotional centered will not give any atention to external messages, and it's kind to see that people want to express yoursel, even don't using voice, or words. :)
