Detroit is a craphole, and their city council reflects that. And it makes my skin crawl when i hear that councilwoman call the settlement "a stickup", like she really gives a rat's ass about taxpayer money.

@JJMillertime "so what" At least you admit you are a racist. You are an afrocentrist. Yes I was in the military and to assume I wasnt is ridiculous. Electronics Device Tech that did my basic at Ft. Knox, AIT at Ft. Gordon and my duty station was Ft. Campbell with the 101st Airborne, which is actually Air Assault. But I wouldnt expect you to know that. I had to pay $100 for the first year every month out my paycheck to pay for the GI bill. Sorry for your massive fail of an assumption.
