Here's the H9 Cub taking off from water. The little Saito 60T does a good job!

It's a 4 stroke twin cylinder of .60 cu in displacement, made by Saito, the premier 4 stroke engine manufacturer. I usually run Powermaster glow fuel that contains 10% nitro & 18% oil. I prefer the 4 strokes, especially the twin cylinder engines, but for more simplicity, a .50 - .72 four stroke single cylinder would be perfect. Some guys might put a .46 two stroke on this plane, but that would sound hideous. ;>) JK, of course! I like the realistic sound of the Saito's.

  • Nice plane! what kind of engine did you put on it? (im building one and im not sure what engine i need)
