I have been on both leadership courses nessclif 2009 and frimley 2010 and if I clold do one all over agen it would be nessclif hands down it was the best thing I have ever done in my cadet career and it not the easiest corse out there but if u stick with it it will teach you a lot and u will rember it for the rest of your life as I will this vidio even brings a tear to my eye every time I wach it if u have the chance go on the course

I went on this course 2010, and it was the best week of my life. im atc, so we dont do much of this stuff, so its great when you can do a full on assault using rifles and flares and flash bangs.
