Was it the speech about the bailout? That one was his best imo. Because he actually seemed serious for once. The one were he talked about not letting his retarded conservative philosophy hold the economy hostage, were he wouldn't want to be remembered as Hoover, that one was pretty good.

It was a speech he gave right after the economy began to tank. He was suppose to try to calm everyone down but like most of his speeches, he failed to deliever his message.
