Thai Food Cooking : Beef Masman

Massaman curry is a Thai Muslim curry which has flavours reminiscent of Indian curries. This curry is easy to prepare but needs slow gentle cooking. The part of the dish that does take time to prepare is the curry paste but once you have made it it will last for up to 3 months in a sealed container in the refrigerator. If you starting from scratch you may wish to make the curry paste while the first stage of the curry is cooking.
Ingredients :
- Sliced Beef
- Coconut milk
- Potato
- Masaman curry paste
- Carrot
Seasoning : Sugar, Fish Sauce

@good1976 Do all Muslims commit suicide attacks? Of course not. But to be a buddhist, it's almost impossible to fly a plane killing thousands of innocent people. Being a Muslim, it's very possible. It's whats inside the teachings of the 2 religions that makes them different. I am not buddhist, I was just using it as an example.

@good1976 It doesnt matter if the founder was Adolf Hitler. The real reason Islam is a problem, because it has a doctrine of martyrdom. To die in "defense" of Islam is the best thing possible. Why are there no buddhists flying planes into the buildings 2 miles from my home and killing over a thousand people? Ask yourself that. It's what two different religions teach.

Good attempt right there, but it doesn't look like authentic Thai massaman. That looks like a quick job but probably still has all the good flavors.

But how do you respond to the fact that southern Thailand wants to separate from the mainland because they are muslim? You don't want to discriminate, that's fine, but actions speak louder than words. Thailand is a great country apart from the muslim population.

Maybe if you learn about Islam you will understand that it is a very peaceful religion. There is alot of problems in Bangkok at the moment and it has nothing to do with Islam. For your reference Muhammad was not the founder of Islam, he was the last prophet so I suggest you do some reading before typing silly comments.
