Falcon 3.0 by Spectrum HoloByte, i played that game a lot in 1991, - was the first real simulation on the pc ! Even today it´s to difficult for me to fly ... :-D

They don't make games like this anymore - links was a great golf game - falcon 3.0 - chuck yager's flight simulator was also an incredible game - and out of this world were very much reminiscent of my child hood - heh brings a tear to the eye

i used to love this game to death. i learned a lot from this game too, as far as flying and learning MS-DOS programing (boot disks, bat files, EMS memory, etc). i almost joined the USAF because of this game. i also remember being in some USA wide competition via phone modem. the event was held by some computer flight sim mag out at the time, i forget the name. when i first played the game, my friend and i used to do missile view on the AA units, i still remember the little block figure men

I think the instant action top ten high scores table tune would deserve to be included. It was kinda sad, memorable tune that fitted in perfectly after being shot down and before entering command and control room. The only fighter game music at this level can be found in Falcon 4.0, is there others, I've played a lot in the past?

I purchased this game in early 1993 when I was 25 years old. I thought it was the best. I would play it all the time. Watching these clips brings back a lot of memories.
