  • Hi Country Gal Gem, thanks for the kind words. I am glad you like the videos. The fondant is made by Orchard and is available in lots of supermarkets (either in the sugar isle and/or the baking isle). It comes in 500g packets. Orhard is an Australian company from Victoria. You can also purchase fondant on-line. Bakels, Regal - there are lots of good fondants for this sort of thing. Hope this helps :)
