@MsJennyLynn92 read her channel: dirdybirdy101. "In most my vids, the poles are on spinning mode. The poles rotate on ball bearings which allows me to keep spinning for so long. FYI spinning is not easier nor is it 'cheating'." spinning is extremely common, and in my opinion adds a lot visual elegance to pole dancing.
