Is easy to notice that you are not spanish, so I suggest you to practice your accent, but only for your personal satisfaction, because you don't really need it

roll those r's you roll some, not all. Don't just read to read, feel your sentence as you would in english, more emphasis on certain words so you sound more natural especially at the end of sentences. other than that well done my friend!

your pronunciation is understandable but you need to learn more (vocabulary) that's all and then your accent will improve.
To those learning Spanish: try to remember the sound of Spanish vowels b/c English speakers (I feel) pronounce them like in English (i.e. "hola") I hear it pronounced with a heavy "O" like in English and it's softer in Spanish...it makes a HUGE difference when you don't accentuate vowels.
