@Robotdrummerzzk Yeah, back when the nation was being bombed into the dirt by German soldiers who had been dragged into a war by an insane, genocidal bully, until the late 40's and 50's when society began attempting to recover from the horrifying death and destruction while continually insisting that everyone remain calm, collected and compliant while we began to face the possibility of nuclear war.
Nostalgia is just blindness. Especially for those who weren't around for it.

yankeeshogun@ , my intention was on the particular song mainly ... that song has been very popular between the Brits during the 2nd War although it's an WW1 song basically ; nevertheless - it has been kinda the Hit than and the common Tommy liked it a lot due its words ... cheers :)
