I think the doc is basing that suggesting on the assumption that no matter what I do the pressure from the winging scapular and inflammation from 47 year old tendons is going to remain.
Great! I have a couple of complications: Scoliosis near the top and winged scapula on that side. This may make it impossible to increase the acromial space on that side. Have you heard of anything I can do for that? One doc, because of that, my age and high level of activity suggest shaving surgery. Any special exercises or sources would be appreciated. Wondering if the scapula retraction makes this and other pulls safer for people with Rotator Cuff issues? I have a thin spot in mine. I practice retraction/ protraction 4-5 days a week. Thanks.
