Near my home on the Klostrimetsa Road, Pirita, Tallinn.
Drunk driver go away from police (camera is in the police car) and make serious car crash.

What is the penalty for drunk driving in Estonia..?? It's a minmum one year driving ban and a fine in the U.K. Then when you get your driving licence back you are hit again when you get car insurance...It will cost you more. The record of drink driving stays on your licence for eleven years. In the last few years there have been big problems with Polish drunk drivers in the U.K..
