When my dad went to Bolivia on an environmental cleanup job, he said there were a few of these and a LOT of RHD's (Right-Hand Drive) down there.

Mines a 94 daihatsu hijet. 5 speed. 2 inch lift with stock tires and 4wd. It goes good in dirt and mud with stock tires. i have drove one with 3 inch lift and mud tires. Perfect for farm use jobs and just for fun lol
