Well I have called Ruth to the Rescue and all the other channells as well with no response. After a month of hearing nothing she e-mailed us on 11/25 and told us she would have her people out to complete our job! It was comical, she said she would "sqaure up" with the pool manufacturer to get the lein off of our home! The Chesterfield police submitted my report to the Macomb County Prosecuters office, but they denied issueing a warrant and said this was a civil matter.

I think I'm going to try and contact Ruth to the rescue again and see if she would consider doing another story. I think once she sees how many of us there are out there, she might be interested. I'm not sure what she can do but there has to be something. She has embezzled all of our money and left us with unfinished pools, and many headaches (and more to come, I'm sure). Hopefully it won't be to hard for us all to find someone to finish our projects. I'm not to sure how many people will be wil

since may I have over 100 emails !!!!!!, between myself and lynne. mostly lies like "we will be there in the morning" and then no one shows.

I don't think sueing her is the answer,(she's broke) it would be sending good money after bad. I emailed the chesterfield police department and just said if there is a investigation I would be willing to put my imput, I think everybody should do the same

sadly we are also another victim, we signed back in may of 2011 and our pool is still not complete.We have basically the same story ,broken promises and lie after lie. I would like to know what lynne did with all that money. When eric was working there he told me that they had 17 pools going at one time. 17 x $30k+- thats over $500,000. I drove by the store today and its empty so I guess she gone with our money.

Roxygirl4118, we would be in to get together and talk about doing something to this crook. I called the city today to try to get my final inspection and they told me they heard she went out of bussiness. I made a police report on her but not sure if they will do anything. The city is now telling me that I have to pull anew permit to get the pool inspected. This is so crazy and it keeps getting worse everyday!

I'm wondering if there is a way for all of us people who got screwed by Lynne, can somehow all get together and go after her legally. She needs to be stopped. It is not fair to anybody. I just cannot believe how many people she has done this to.

Just found out that Lynne Potoroka (the crook, thief, liar, extortionist) wrote a check to the pool supplier that bounced. Now the pool supplier put a lien on my residence and the pool supplier informed us that the lifetime warranty is void. Thanks Lynne. You will be assessed and weighed one day (sooner than later with all of those cigarettes you be smokin!!) - I hope you can live with your self, knowing you stole all of this money from honest hard working people.

We were also taken by this woman Lynne. She has done nothing but lie to us. We have signed our contract on 8/23/11 and it is still not done. We have had to get another pool company to finish the job because she has ignored us and done no work and it is about to be winter and we need it done so our pool can be close.d We just found out she bounced the check to the electrician. She is a liar and a crook and made our beautiful pool a nightmare! Please no one else use Liquid Elements.
