A very traditional Italian hoilday (and/or) special occasion treat, always made at Christmas time. Note: The "cooking time" given is an approximate total cooking time. Each batch should only take about 5 to 10 minutes or so to fry up.
Recipe As Follows:
4 Eggs
4 Tablespoons Of Sugar
4 Tablespoons Of Vegetable Or Canola Oil
1 Teaspoon Of Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Of Baking Powder
All Purpose Flour---Just Enough To Make A Soft Dough
Vegetable Or Canola Oil For Frying
1/2 To 1 Cup Of Honey
Additional 2 To 3 Tablespoons Of Sugar For The Honey Mixture
Red And Green Sprinkles For Decoration

You want a firm, yet not sticky ball to form in the mixer, you add flour while the mixer is on low, if you add the right amount, your ball will form, simple! Your basically eying it. Many people like her do not always know exact amounts, they usually just go by texture and feel of the dough.
