I particularly like how that one girl turns around and says "no! We all of our money back becuase we didn't go anywhere!" Totally rediculous! Did they not eat, enjoy entertainment, shit in the toilet? I understand why one would be mad, but what do you do? Jump off the ship? They should have made the best out of the situation and enjoyed the wonderfull ship instead of being inside acting like a bunch of idiots.

These are the people who give Carnival its bad reputation! They should all have read their cruise contract before getting on board the ship; it they didn't like what it said, they shouldn't have sailed! I feel badly for what happened, but the contract is very specific on how the cruise line deals with situations such as this!

There's no riots like this on Royal Caribbean! All the staff does is automatically refund the shore excursions for the cancelled port(s). That's why I always cruise Royal Caribbean.

assholes!!! read the freaking contract!! not only that but it was the freaking swine flu...not the cruise lines fault. why would you deserve your money back? you ate the food, saw entertainment etc. you all suck. if i were on that ship i would have slapped you all and told you to get over yourselves.

Did these assholes not read their contract before they paid for their vacation? Idiots all of them. It's way too much money (blah blah blah), then don't cruise if you can't afford it. I'm sure that ugly cow in the black and white probably has an interior cabin anyways.

What a bunch of assholes. I hope they all got Swine Flu when it hit the States.This is why I will not travel on 2nd rate cruise lines like Carnival. Stick with the more expensive cruises and you get a nicer and more civilized crowd. I especially liked that fat cow, "We paid too much money for this... I want my money back." Yea, give her back her 700 dollar she spent on an interior cabin.

As many others have noted, the ports of call may well change or be cancelled. I feel sorry for the staff having to deal with these people.
