Why cant we argue if u can argue then why cant we?
Because your POLICE!!! You think u have authority but you don't
and why should we call u sir? Idiots

If your innocent, then why are you being pulled over. It is your best strategy to tell the cop that you are not making use of the license if you are not driving in a commercial manner.
Never ever admit doing anything wrong. When you are pulled over, you are basically in court, do not help the cops with their B.S. case.

This is terrible advice. All of it. Obviously don't argue, but you also don't even have to say a word to them.

oh yeah its on tape? how bout when the cop does something wrong and it doesnt show up in court
-
@calscott1 Or just don't break the law...

Most cops are afraid to lie in court. Beating the PD in court is a lot more likely than beating it on the streets.

No, that's why he said the burden is on the officer to prove your guilt. You are innocent until proven guilty.
yeah take it to court...like that ever works -_-

I'm fairly disappointed by this cop's “advice” (especially what he says from 1:28)
And don't get me wrong: Yes, it is a good idea to be polite to the Police. But this cop actually tries to inconspicuously sell you the notion that admitting what you're accused of is part of being polite, or even beneficial(!) to you.
No mention of your right to remain silent.
He does mention you're "innocent until proven guilty" but keeps quiet about that you admitting is exactly what he needs for a conviction.
