  • hey dude.. do u have to be able to do double ur weight with both hands to be able to do a one hand pull up?

  • On pulldown? Not quite twice your weight, but probably 1 and a half or one and 3/4 for reps in general to have the kind of pulling strength in the limbs you'll need. It's very hard on the joints and tendons - I'm always afraid of pulling something when I try it.

  • Not quite double your weight on a pulldown machine, but I'd say definitely 1 and a half or 1 and 3/4 for reps to get the kind of limb strength you'll need for this, which is very hard on the tendons and joints.

  • Okay just read, about 100 to 120. That's pretty damn good for your size my friend.  What do you weigh? 125-130?

  • good estimate. right in the middle at 128!
