Oh my parents have the same sewing machine table! I really love it :) I used to live in the german town where the Singer sewing machines were produced :)

I have one of those old sewing machines (from my grandma)....but what did you know with the sewing machine?! The actual sewing machine is attached and I think if I had it removed there would be a big hole in the middle of the table.

@calady11 In both of my old treadle sewing machines I have the machine in them. Sometimes I open it up and have the sewing machine showing they are so beautiful. Your right--there would be a hole if you took it out.

The one that I don't have the machine in there wasn't a hole as it sat on top and was probably used to sew tents back in the late 1800's.
