PSPscene - ATARI CLASSICS EVOLVED - SONY PSP

This video shows a PSP slim running "Atari Classics Evolved" on a FS monitor for video output.

A decent, pocket sized retro arcade pack that has been reworked with a face lift.

Super breakout, centipede, millipede, asteroids and asteroids deluxe, missle command, warlord and Lunar Lander have all been given the spit and polish treatment.

The original games and 2600 console counterparts are their to but those are very poor, especially the screen size with borders and those not so original SFX.

The evolved sound effects are good with plenty of bangs and whooshes.
The evolved graphics are good with nice use of colour.

It's good for 10 mins, then you will want something more to get your teeth into.

Worthy of a revisit, maybe.
