that seemed like a typical airline landing to me.
-
not a fuel dump but rather a vortex coming off of the extended flaps.
-
Def wing vortices, not fuel ;)

@dragonforce2387 Ohhh, okay, so you work at ORH then?
-
@Legitjet Direct Air does not have its own employees at ORH, it's contracted out to Swissport who is the FBO, the girls that work the ticket counter are Swissport employees. I work for Swissport, so thats where i'm getting my information.

@MarioAldanaJumuzna Nice, that's great to hear!

@congaleader2000 I'm not disputing ur argument. I appreciate the info. All I'm saying is that at the time, the day of the flight I thought it could have been fuel dumping.

Does DirectAir have its own employees at ORH or do they have a ground handling contract with a local FBO or something?

@Legitjet They have their own amployees there, there's a desk for them there. In fact, it has been the only commercial airline operating out of Worcester till now. Now the airport has been sold and the new owners plan on adding more service, including more airlines and more general avaiation services.

Besides, a pilot would NEVER dump fuel over populated areas. And until they install IAS indicators on the seat backs, you cannot possibly judge how "fast" or slow a 737 jet is landing. There are different speeds for all kinds of different scenarios, WX, wind speed, WEIGHT, etc. Pick up a book guys!!!

@congaleader2000 Dude, I'm a private pilot and I know all about plane speeds and functions. I never mentioned a specific speed all I know is that I was on that plane and it came down very fast. I can't say for sure how fast but I've flown small planes as a pilot and flown in airliners as a passenger many tiems and never landed this fast.
