Spring floor + air track = a lot of bounce.

second looks cleaner and better but the first one would be a lot more difficult than the second if he stayed in a layout until the forward roll. and arent skills with endings like this barred from competition due to too many injuries from them? or is it a skill like this? i just remember there being a barred tumbling pass that ends with a forward roll like that
