Christianity is only this: A man wanting God revealed within them, to them by first giving them power over the sinful nature, hating the fact you love to sin, asking Jesus for the Holy Spirit seeking righteousness, then HE gives it if you are honestly dead set against sin for a little while reading His words, then you will know God, then you will receive peace n heaven within, only then will TWO (Jesus & you) become one with God as well in this life, here, as well as the next.

James 4:3 - "When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures."

• John 12:25 - "Those who love their lives will destroy them, and those who hate their lives in this world will guard them for everlasting life."

• 1 John 2:15 - "Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him."

• Rev 3:20 - "If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me."

• Matthew 6:33 "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."

• Galatians 2:20 - "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me."

• 2 Corinthians 13:5 - "Examine yourselves to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves. Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you--unless, of course, you fail the test?"

• Hebrews 12:14 - "Without holiness no one will see the Lord."

• 2 Peter 2:2 - "Many will follow their shameful ways and will bring the way of truth into disrepute."
• John 14:20 - On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you. 21Whoever has my commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves me. He who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love him and show myself to him."
• Ephesians 2:14 - For he himself is our peace, who has made the two one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility, by abolishing in his flesh the law with its commandments and regulations. His purpose was to create in himself one new man out of the two, thus making peace, and in this one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross, by which he put to death their hostility.

• Romans 8:9 -- "You, however, are controlled not by the sinful nature but by the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ."

Also another thing that happenes in our church is conformity. People stay stuck in the same pit and stay spiritually dead and never submit to the Lord. This is not just about one day but a life dedicated to God. I life obeying him unitl he comes for his people. Amen.

I gave the Lord a month to change my life, May 2011. I a once Atheist at the end of that one month gave my life to Christ. You have to shut the world off open the bible and dedicate time to the Lord. If you don't the your eyes will not be opened.

But I am happy for Alex that he found something that is much better than his former delusions, because they might have been much worse. Now he has a sense of peace and he does not need pharma drugs. Peace of mind is everything. Alex is not the type who sends everybody to hell. He is humble and peaceful and all he does is he shares his experiences with other people to help them.

I asked for 3 weeks waiting and reading and HE came ROARING IN with power, revelation, dreams, visions and MORE love than I ever knew.

@bigboy45454545 Here's the difference, you "called" yourself a Christian, I waiting, reading, stopping worldly pleasures asking for God to be REAL to me by giving me the Holy Spirit knowing I was a sinner at the core, that I lusted, coveted, etc, I figured IF its real something should happen, not calling myself anything, rather waiting to see if GOD would CALL on me. Three weeks reading alone in my room asking, HE came through. Patience & no delusion unlike you.
