    yeah dude! The program you've just mentioned

    helped me a lot and gained 7" in my vert jump

    and 5" in my first month. It made me quicker

    and much more stronger with high jumps! I

    did also recommending this to my team mates.

  • wouldnt it fckin suck if you found out you were adopted, that would be pritty funny.
