  • Very solid and fluid stuff

However if you were to square up strong and fight with an aikidoist it might be a different story, not even runs at you full speed.

  • Sick off Dancing Aikido ?

    Checkout Takeda Ryu Tournament

  • I guess you didn't bother reading the bit where I said I'ved USED JUDO in self-defence, perhaps you're too busy being arrogant. It has it's bad points yes (I don't know about aikido) but it can be, and has been, useful for self-defence. There are flaws though that mean it is useless or near-useless in some types of fights. In addition, people usually TAP before their wrists are broken in tournaments so the opponent stops - that's why there are hardly any injuries in judo tournaments

  • THis is what Judo has to do with it:

Aikido guys all claim that they have these devastating wristlocks, that if the guy did not roll away, the wrist would be broken!

However, if that were true, then there would be lots & lots of broken wrists in every JUDO and JuJitsu tournament.

  • WHat does Judo have to do with it? ALOT I use it as a comparison of a REAL style, to prove that the claims of Aikido are all fake.

In conclusion, my aim of helping uncover the waste of time/ nonsense of Aikido fall on deaf ears.

I am trying to save Aikido guys from wasting time on a fake art.

    Go Judo, GO JU Jitsu.

But then a wiseguy always replies how great Aikido is, or how would I like to fight Steven Seagal.Like whatever dude.

  • Where were the MULTIPLE ATTACKS? I saw: Attackers waiting their turn to attack (unrealistic - in a real attack most would attack at once). A supposed multiple attack where the "attackers" weren't using the slightest bit of effort. A few people jumping and rolling over the defender instead of strangling him while he was crouched on the floor. But NO MULTIPLE ATTACK.

  • What does judo have to do with it? I've used a judo throw in a real situation, it worked. Course if the guy was wearing no top or a short-sleeved top it might not have

  • All your comments crack me up. First off, learning anything can be as easy or as hard as your own self makes it. Second- Do you know what the term martial ART means? You think you can take on Jack in a street fight? HAHA good luck- it may look like a dance until you end up restrained begging for him not to break your pinky.

  • DJdaddyRob, It being so hard to learn, makes it a bad choice of martial arts.

That, and it being completely ineffective as method of self defense....

There are two proofs it is fake.

    1) There are no real competitions.(just choreographed demonstartiops)

    2) If these wristlocks were real, then there would be dozens of broken wrists in every Ju-jitsu (real) and/or Judo (real) tournament.

I DARE ALL YOU AIKIDO GUYS TO 'roll' with the first Brasilian JJ belt ( a blue belt)
