Inquisition of Kozilek is my pick. While it is no Thoughtseize, it seems to take care of great stuff in your opponents hand like, Lightning Bolt, Terminate, Oblivion Ring, Wild Nacatal, Blightning, Path to Exile and Wall of Omens.
